About Us
MPAH?
MPAH aka MoshPosh Art House, LLC is a high-end streetwear fashion house and lifestyle brand created to inspire hard work in ones dreams to realize that very dream and live in it.
Why MoshPosh? MoshPosh Is a word coined and defined by the company’s CEO in Early 2021 brought together in two parts, MOSH is to represent the streets, the places where imagination and hard work are forged to make the impossible possible through a no surrender mentality. And POSH to represent the fruits of that labor of love that brings the conformation of hard work coupled with the dream that is then realized.
MPAH represents both sides of the spectrum of society, because before anyone can become the Thing they dream about we start at the lowest parts of ourselves and build our way out of that. Our ART HOUSE is built of that principle every time we design and imagine to create something new. Though we are in the fashion industry and this is a business, our goal is to inspire curiosity, creativity and wonder in the people we come into contact everyday from all walks of life.
Prior to launching the MPAH officially in February 2023, there have been countless irritations of what would become MPAH. For many years & several failed attempts as far back as 2017 when the ideas were just forming and trying to understand how to bring all the pieces together under one cohesive umbrella. From struggling with believing in our own ideas, procrastination, lack of self-motivation, and crippling doubts by sparse knowledge of the fashion industry & not knowing where to start. We began tackling those ideas one day at a time, and with research began taking small steps towards making the dream a reality.
At MPAH we are a small business with Big Dreams. As this is our first step to achieving those dreams we take our time in curating products we can afford and source as we continue to grow in hopes of having the support of the people we serve to bring you something that will inspire you as well as a product you can be proud of when you step out in the world that awaits your unique style.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Pre–sale orders are processed 10 Business days after campaigned has ended. please allow 2-3 weeks for items to ship
Regular orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

MoshPosh Art House Does Not Ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MPAH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
MPAH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
MPAH will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:
In most cases due to theft we cannot be held responsible for packages left unattended, Please coordinate with your local delivery carrier, with notes and special placement options to deter theft activity of your merchandise.
If in the event of lost package due to carrier error please alert us at customerservice@maph.store
You should first check with your carrier with tracking information that was provided with your email receipt. If then, if efforts return that your package was lost we will contact shipping carrier to confirm. And we will replace or refund your lost items free of charge.
Return Policy
Returns
Our policy terms extend for 14 days from date of purchase. If the 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and inserted items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, cannot be returned.
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
- Athletic Apparel (that have been used)
- All Clearance Sales and Promotional Discounted Items (Final Sales Items)
- All Collaboration Campaign items, (these are FINAL sales items)
In addition to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please E-Mail us at MPAH.RETURNS@gmail.com with details of item for return & instructions will be given to begin the return and refund process.
- ALL RETURNS are subject to the costumers expense along with carrier option you choose to ship packages to us. (To insure safety of your items insurance should be considered by carrier of your choice) If you elect not to purchase insurance it will be AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE & OWN RISK !!!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mpah.support@gmail.com and write “Refund” in the subject line.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
FAQ
- What are the sizing options for your clothing?
At the present moment we carry the sizes Small, Medium & Large. As we are still a small company larger sizes will be added in the future as we continue to expand our operations.
- How do I care for my new clothing item?
Items should be cold wash, air dry or dry clean as other garments to retain & Preserve color of artwork & slow the process of derogation to garment Under normal usage & wear. Do not place garment in Dryer. shirts may shrink &/Or may result in art becoming distorted, Faded & destroyed.
- Is it possible to return or exchange an item if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
We do carry a 14 day return policy if you are not satisfied with our product. Items must be in New Condition, Without stain or Markings. And contain all tags and extras that were included with item. In addition ONLY regular priced item can be Refunded, All Sales & Promotions are EXEMPT of returns. see RETURN POLICY for details.
- Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
All notifications, promotions & discounts will be expressed on the MPAH.STORE website and/or communicated through our email newsletters. Special discounted & promotional sales will be relayed only through email transmissions with individuals that are subscribed to MPAH.STORE
- Can I make a custom order or request a modification to an existing item?
No. There are no custom orders that can be requested at this time, we will in the future explore opportunities to include commissioned pieces as an option to be requested.
6. Do you restock items that are out of stock?
Yes. We will have items restocked in the event of sell-outs. But at our discretion we obtain the rights to discontinue any product line without notice to make way for up and coming releases/campaigns.
- Do you offer any eco-friendly or sustainable options?
No. As a small company we offer what is available to us and other business like us, we hope in the future to investigate options that would benefit our clients and our company to provide a robust offering we’re all parties are satisfied.
- Do you ship internationally?
No. We do not offer international shipping at the moment. But by subscribing you will be the first to know when inernational shippinng is added to our business.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow for 5-10 business days for your order to arrive, for all PRE-OREDER Campaign Sales. For regular items may expect to receive your items with in 3-4 days depending on your location and local carrier delivery schedules.
10. Do you have a physical store or are you online only?
We are an online boutique at this present time. Store location may follow in the future.
